Near Peacocks, Queensmead

Rushmoor District - Empress Ward

Description

No animal is dead yet. I saw a pigeon inside the boarded up Peacock's shop in Queensmead this afternoon. My friends and I reported it to the Business Office in Kingmead but they said it didn't come under their jurisdiction and to tell the council. The poor bird could have been in there for days so does need urgent action.<br/>
