Hi I walk via this way to the school, there is a lot of bins and rubbish on this corner but one of the full bins (that were emptied yesterday) caught my eye. It had a post code from my road so I looked into it more and one of my neighbours has dumped their rubbish in someone’s bin and in a bin bag next to the bin. I live on field stores approach so this person has gone out of their way to dump their rubbish.
