By litter bins at either end of the Alleyway between Evelyn Avenue and Park Road Aldershot. see photo of top end bin.<br/>On weekly basis over the last few weeks Rushmoor BC clear bags have appeared on Fridays adjacent to these 2 litter bins. The bags have disappeared by the following Tuesday. I have taken photos of each bin. Should it be established that Council contractors are responsible (rubbish collection day Monday) then this is considered to be unacceptable. Rubbish consists mainly of drink cans.
