At 21:59 on the evening of Monday 28th October 2019, after hearing a noise outside, I looked out of an upstairs window of my house and witnessed two of my neighbours unload some rubbish from the back of their van and dump it on the grass verge between the trees behind the van. I have attached a photo of the rubbish. The van is question is a blue Ford Transit registration LO08 XGY and the owner(s) live/stay at 47 St Josephs Road (GU12 4LQ).<br/><br/>I also have a security camera outside my house that caught them in the act. I have saved the footage to my computer should you wish to see it.
