Dear Rushmoor Council, I am writing to report a concerning issue regarding my neighbours living in a council house at 51, Holywell Close Farnborough GU14 8TT' having two dogs who continually foul in the back patio / garden. This ongoing problem, persisting for several months, has led to a significant accumulation of mess and an unbearable smell. No one cleaned the patio / back garden from months, and the dogs are adding more foil every single day. This not only affects our living conditions but also poses considerable health risks, attracting flies and bees, which are flying everywhere in the neighbourhood. I urge the council to take immediate action to ensure the patio / garden of 51 Holywell Close Farnborough GU14 8TT is cleaned and maintained, safeguarding the well-being of all residents, especially our children living in the neighbourhood.
