A couple with a large black dog, possibly alsatian or german shepherd are using the Ascot Court estate as a dog toilet and are not picking it up. There are a number of piles of dog mess around the flats / car park that are from them. This is an ongoing issue they are now regularly walking this dog at around 4.15am and multiple other times throughout the day. They are changing times they are on the estate because they have been blasted all over Facebook and they know they shouldn’t be leaving this mess everywhere. This is a criminal offence that has also been reported to the police.
