Fly tipping and over flowing bins on union terrace that smells really bad and is very unhygienic, attracts rats. I work at the location of the fly tipping and there will be me or one of my colleagues in the shop during our opening hours.-Flat 1, 17 Union Terrace, Aldershot, GU11 1FF
