Cars and vans parked illegally. On pavements. This happens all the time. The garages, SwiftTest, Renault, Dacia garage always park illegally with impunity causing distress to the residents of Aspen Grove. Because they are usually obstructing the entrance/exit of Aspen Grove.

The driver of the Skoda told me that "The footpath is owned by the company and I've been parking here for the last 2 years." Even though there is a manhole cover on the footpath he's parking on.-1 Aspen Grove, Aldershot, GU12 4EU
