The tarmac area where cars park on Carmarthen close around back of number 19 area, you won’t miss it the pile is huge. There is a HUGE AMOUNT of metal and glass sitting adjacent to the old dumped truck that has been there many years, people are constantly complaining to the owner as he is collecting scrap and allowing it to be put on his truck and next to it in the public area, there’s sharp metal broken glass and has resulted in injuries prior. The owner of vehicle collects scrap metal to sell but it’s dangerous and so many children play around that area as it’s next to the tarmac area. URGENT-85 Caswell Close, Farnborough, GU14 8TE
