Please can you tell me who is responsible for Willems Avenue. I would like to report fly tipping and don’t know if it’s you, the army or Tesco? I can’t move the pin on this app but if you start at the hospital hill end of Willems Avenue and walk towards Tesco, you’ll see it

09/02/2024 21:05 It’s before you get level with the Tesco petrol station if you are starting from the hospital hill end. Broken fridge. Bin liners and loads of general rubbish. Will try and get pics soon |
