The Farnborough Bypass the A331 I believe is Rushmores reponsibility. I do not live in the area but travelled this road last weekend and travelled onwards onto the Hogs Back and I have travelled this route on many occassions over many years. I can honestly say I am staggered by the amount of rubbish on every section of this road that has been left to accumilate. There are large pieces or plastic, tyres and wood everywhere. All the storm water guttering on both sides of the road are full of rubbish also so the water cannot flow away correctly. I am ashamed to be English! You would never find this happening on roads in France for example. It is an absolute DISGRACE. If I were a business requiring premises in the area I would most definately be put off and not likely to invest. What people must think visting Farnborough Air Show I cannot imagine. You are one of the richest Counties in the country. Could you not organise a giant litter pick or get some people having to do community service to clean up areas. There is literally TONS of rubbish. Totally unacceptable and on an EPIC scale. Signs to take litter home with you might also help or advertise the amount of money it is going to cost to clean it up posted in collaboration with the local and national newspapers might also be an idea. OR how much rubbish you collect as a result of cleaning it up. Get the message home it is not acceptable to drop litter.<br/><br/><br/>
