Fed up with looking at boat associated with a house in Kingsway every time I walk up the road I live on, ie Legge Crescent. Have they any right to park the boat on Legge Crescent? They don’t have to look at it like Legge Crescent residents do which does not seem right. It’s a definite eyesore and quite untidy.
