Please can the fly tipping outside of numbers 34 and 36 Vesey Close please be addressed urgently. There is significant health and safety issues attached to this. Initially a small compost pile was created in the area however local residents have started to fly tip their garden waste. What is more disgraceful is the local estate agents who think it is acceptable to dump their property boards and then fail to remove when formally requested. This without a doubt is fly tipping and unacceptable with formal robust action needed to be taken against these repeat offenders.<br/>As you can see from the image this is NOT a compost heap. None of those branches will decompose.
