Full Details

Please can someone sort the issue regarding this properties bins and cars. They leave their bins on the footpath consistently and never take them in . This is encouraging foxes who have been seen going through the bins looking for food .
Also they park cars at the side of their house which is a footpath and not a driveway , this making accessibility difficult especially for people with prams and wheelchairs .
