The bin at the side of 37 Haskins drive - opposite 41 Chavasse Way is constantly having bags of rubbish dumped to the side of it. This is happening on a weekly basis and more there again today. This bin has also got graffiti on it. There is no requirement for a bin to be placed here other than an extra place for people to feel its acceptable to dump their rubbish and vandalise.-chavasse way
