The pavement and road gully between A325 and Chingford Avenue on Highgate Lane are full of leaves. The pavement is very very slippery and dangerous to pedestrians as the leaves are covering it. Please can they be cleaned. Drains also blocked with leaf debris so when rain comes this weekend water will.not drain away.
