It do believe that is a Hampshire Highways vehicle parked behind the rubble. I am unable to find a log of this rubble on our system so I cannot give a further update. I will notify our Parking Enforcement team regarding the vans.-35 Cavendish Road, Aldershot, GU11 1NA
