resident of number 20 Cumbria Court has dumped bags of rubbish etc outside her property which i believe she has now put in her green bin for collection today but is not general waste. myself and another tenant have previously reported this tenant. we have also received a letter regarding flytipping so hopefully this will get looked at ASAP.-21 Cumbria Court, Farnborough, GU14 6TB
