Description

The guy who lives in Goodden cresent and goes around with his rottweiler off the lead allowing to fowl in the Park in Goodden crst also the walkway leading down to tower hill school ,when he has been approached about picking up after his dog he becomes very aggressive.He is in a wheel chair and also allows his dog to do this all over the estate and alongside cove brook,the dog is never on the lead parents and children become very intimidated as it is a large dog . he needs to be stopped
