This is causing an obstruction and also a visible obstruction. Hello, I live at 3 Friend Avenue GU12 4QU. My neighbours from 1 Friend Avenue keep littering onto my property by throwing mainly cigarettes butts. This happened multiple times. We keep clearing them every few days, but this is beyond ridiculous what they do. Sometimes they throw it far enough to be caught on my doorbell camera. The most recent one I have recorded is from 29th of April (video evidence showing it was thrown from them again /righ bottom corner around 10 seconds into the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uViY5mRDXAk). They are very anti social and don't want to cooperate, so I'm not even able to yet again raise it with them. Attached a photo from today of that very cigarette butt. I've learned recently as a Council you are able to help and intervene here, hence I'm asking for help here please. I'm not expecting anyone from the council to clean the rubbish, I'd need your help to maybe fine the neighbours or something to stop them littering as it's really exhausting. -3 Friend Avenue, Aldershot, GU12 4QU
