They have no corporate branding, any reputable outdoor advertiser (ODA) would blank the panel until resold.The ODA would have been paying the land owners rent.Suggest you try the Bridal Shop, Co-op, KFC. Bridge's Est recently displayed (Google Street view) they must have paid the ODA Site highly visible to all shoppers in the area.
