2 cars AP69BJO and AE15XCH are parked on the corner of Newport Road and Institute Road, Aldershot.  The Audi AP69BJO is overhanging the junction into Institute Road. This is causing an obstruction and also a visible obstruction. 
These owners of these 2 vehicles continually use the double yellow lines and no waiting kerb marks areas as their own personal parking space. -35 Institute Road, Aldershot, GU12 4DA
