Fly tipping to the rear of 74 Osbourne Road, landlord and managing agent called who advised that this is a result of historical fly tipping.<br/>This small tip is now home to rats, mice, vermin and go knows what, there are guest houses opposite the tip which is unsightly and need sot be cleared. We are new residents to 74 Osbourne road and we're are now on the receiving end of neighbor complaints.
